These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lacosanostrai.com and the AI automation services offered by Orange Star Contracting LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as LaCosaNostrAI ("LaCosaNostrAI," "we," "us," or "our"), including LCN‑Secretária. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

LCN‑Secretária is a service that connects to a business's own WhatsApp Business Account to automate customer service, order‑taking, and appointment scheduling using AI agents. LaCosaNostrAI also offers related automation and marketing services described on this website.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses, not individual consumers. You represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business connecting its WhatsApp Business Account, and that the phone number you connect belongs to that business.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of the messages, templates, and automations your business sends through LCN‑Secretária.
• You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and with all applicable laws, including opt‑in and consent requirements for messaging your customers.
• You may not use our services for spam, unlawful content, or any Regulated Vertical prohibited by Meta's Commerce Policy.

4. Fees and payment

Fees for LaCosaNostrAI services are agreed separately with each client based on the scope of work. Any recurring fees, minimum terms, or setup costs will be set out in your individual service agreement or invoice, not in these general Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The LaCosaNostrAI brand, website, and underlying automation workflows remain our property. You retain ownership of your own business data and of the WhatsApp Business Account you connect.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services depend in part on third‑party platforms, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of WhatsApp messaging. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaCosaNostrAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of our services at any time. Upon termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
